Katie Holmes suited up in a look courtesy of Brunello Cucinelli for Monday night’s 25th Tribeca Festival Bloomberg reception in New York City.
The “Dawson’s Creek” alum wore a silk blazer, pleated trousers, silk blouse, leather belt and accessories from the Italian luxury fashion brand’s fall 2026 ready-to-wear collection at Monday night’s event. The look was streamlined and sleek, evoking modern suiting with a casual bent.
The muted color palette offered for an opportunity to do material contrast, with the silk blouse and blazer juxtaposed by the pleated cream-colored trousers. A belted waist emphasized the silhouette of Holmes’ attire, while minimal accessories curated to a quiet luxury aesthetic.

Pieces of Holmes look were featured during the fall 2026’s ready-to-wear collection showcase during Milan Fashion Week in February 2026. Cucinelli’s “fall collection was anything but conservative and unadorned,” Luisa Zargani wrote in WWD’s review of the collection.
“Mock fur coats and vests were made from knitted mohair, twisted in curls, fringed with a mouliné effect or embroidered with sequins — light accents a recurring theme throughout the collection,” Zargani wrote.
The collection also tapped “into British heritage,” featuring a “plenty of checks, pied-de-poule, Prince of Wales and tartan motifs on bombers, jackets and trouser-skirts.”
The designer, Zargani wrote, “knows his target customer, and his publicly listed company continues to grow, beating its own expectations. This was a strong collection that will surely fuel that growth and contribute to his unflagging upbeat vision of the market.”
