Mindy Kaling‘s upcoming Hulu comedy series “Not Suitable for Work” had its premiere in New York City on Thursday, and the creator and stars delivered a slew of fashionable looks for the special occasion — including striking summer-ready footwear. FN rounds up a few shoe highlights from the event below.
Kaling, a fan of Christian Louboutin shoes, modeled a gold pointed-toe pump from the label to create a monochrome metallic moment. The sky-high heels complemented a gold dress with allover embellishment and a fitted silhouette. This Louboutin moment followed Kaling wearing the clear, crystal-embellished Degraqueen pump style from the French luxury brand for an appearance on “Good Morning America” on Tuesday to promote the show.
Ella Hunt, one of the stars of the show, appeared to be wearing Prada’s brushed leather sandals, which showcase a pointed toe with Prada’s iconic triangle logo in silver. This branding moment is paired with an ultra-minimalist upper including a simple strap across the toes and an ankle strap; the set is elevated by a stiletto heel. Her shoes accompanied a unique ab-bearing ensemble including a gray bralette and a multicolored skirt with a lace section and ruffling at the hem.

Avantika, another star of the series, repped Rene Caovilla with her footwear. She modeled the brand’s Chandelier style, which is defined by crystals dangling from the shoe’s straps.
