This episode of WWD Voices features a one-on-one chat between Aily Labs’ founder and chief executive officer Bianca Anghelina and Fairchild Media Group’s CEO Amanda Smith on the main stage at the Beauty CEO Summit.
During the conversation, Anghelina explained how companies are using Aily Labs’ suite of AI tools — which includes agents, scenario modeling and decision intelligence — to speed decision-making and gain a fuller picture of their business. Giving the example of one CEO user, in a few minutes over morning coffee, Aily’s app provides an overview and insights that would have traditionally required global travel to the company’s international operations. The AI can also provide “an unbiased view on where are the opportunities and risks of the business.”
Made for more than just CEOs, Aily Labs also has the goal of bringing these AI-gleaned insights to everyone in an organization. This enables all teams to make choices based on how they will affect the company as a whole rather than looking solely at a siloed business unit’s data. As companies are onboarded to Aily Labs, Anghelina noted that giving employees this data access creates “a real cultural transformation…driven by radical transparency and democratization of data.”
