In an improvement from her past costume-y collections, Jen Awad showed a cohesive collection inspired by Fifties glamour and a “Spy vs. Spy” narrative. She started with a red leather dress cut like a biker jacket and a fit-and-flare black patent leather trench. Those segued into dressier looks: tea-length skirts, cropped jackets in velvet and lace and silk shantung gowns with floral embroidery.
