Music’s biggest stars arrived at the 52nd American Music Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on Memorial Day in Las Vegas. Teyana Taylor, Hilary Duff, GloRilla and more stars took to the red carpet wearing their most vibrant and eye-grabbing looks with stylish high heels to match.

From pointed-toe pumps to crystal embellished sandals and custom designs, Mariah the Scientist, Nikki Glaser, Katseye and more delivered some of the best shoes of the night on the red carpet. Take a look below.

Taylor and her two daughters were fan favorites on the red carpet on Monday. The singer, who was nominated for Best Female R&B Artist and performed in metallic sneakers during the show, wore Christian Louboutin’s $1,895 Miss Z pumps in a Rhapsody Yellow Gradient python leather. The popular 100mm style had a sharp pointed toe, a low-cut vamp and a covered stiletto heel.

The shoes are made with python leather that’s a blend of bright yellow at the toe, lavender, violet and black through the sides and back of the shoe. The cut exposed more of the top of Taylor’s foot than a traditional closed pump. As she posed in the high-slit purple gown, the arch and heel revealed flashes of Louboutin’s signature red sole. Her daughters wore cowboy boots, opting for a pink cherry style and an all red style.

Glaser arrived at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Monday for the event wearing a pair of classic heels. She opted for Larroudé’s Carine Pump in black. The slingback pump was crafted in black satin with a pointed toe and slim stiletto heel. It features a delicate strap with a crystal-embellished buckle, that added a statement sparkle detail to the shoe while ensuring a snug fit. The shoes currently retail for $263 on the brand’s website.

Mariah the Scientist continued to show her fashion prowess on the AMAs red carpet. The “Burning Blue” singer arrived in an Ann Demeulemeester custom cream embellished military-style cropped jacket with feather cuffs, silver button hardware and a matching satin maxiskirt that had a long, dramatic train. She matched the silver accents of her look with custom Paris Texas slip-on mule sandals, which featured a toe strap a metal large strap over the vamp with round details on the top.

The custom shoes are her own version of the brand’s Lidia Ring Thong Mule 105, which is also a silver mirrored calfskin thong mule with a ring detail, and the brand’s silver-plated Lidia heel, matching sole and leather insole with Paris Texas logo. They retail for $995. She was styled by Jaclyn Fleurant.

GloRilla was styled by EJ King for the award show. The rapper wore a bright yellow custom look by designer Baba Jagne. She appeared to pair the yellow look with Steve Madden Nylie Gold Metallic Heels. The heels feature a sleek square-toe strappy design and a slender stiletto heel adorned with shimmering and large crystal embellishments that wrap around the foot.

Duff continued her resurgence at the 52nd American Music Awards on Monday. The singer stepped out in the edgy and sexy Giuseppe Zanotti Intriigo Sandals in a mirror metallic silver. The barely there Intriigo design is one of the brand’s most popular styles, and Duff’s pair featured a sharp pointed open-toe.

The sandals feature a slim strap over the toes, a dainty strap around the ankles and they stand tall on a stiletto heel measuring 105mm. She paired the strappy shoes with a silver metallic dress that was custom made for her by Rabanne.

Katseye took to the red carpet to show how its done. The girl group wore their own styles while maintaining a cohesive theme with their shoes in a way that was too excessively coordinated but instead looked like they were in unison. They varied from Lara Raj’s strappy Giuseppe Zanotti Intriigo Sandals in white, to Sophia Laforteza matching her in a pair of round-toe white sandals, Megan Skiendiel in black strappy sandals, and Daniela Avanzini in burgundy strappy sandals to match Yoonchae’s pointed-toe ankle-strap pumps. They all decorated their looks with Tacori jewelry.

Queen Latifah hosted the 2026 version of the award show, and Taylor Swift lead the nominations at eight and Morgan Wallen, Olivia Dean, Sabrina Carpenter and Sombr following with seven each. BTS was also on the bill for a special appearance, alongside performances from Karol G, Keith Urban, Maluma, Teddy Swims and Twenty One Pilots. See more red carpet shoes from the event below.
